Laika v1 (Desktop)

This is my desktop workstation, named "Laika". It's a Core2 Duo based PC, running Windows 2003, in a Lian Li desktop ATX case. Not the greatest computer at the time I built it, but it worked well for awhile.

Contains a 3.16GHz Intel Core2 Duo processor, on a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard, running 4gb of Corsair DDR2 RAM. The video card is a PNY Nvidia Quadro FX1800 768mb, since I do more workstation-graphics work than any sort of gaming. The case is the real star here, measuring only slightly larger than an ATX motherboard. It's difficult to work in, but it's quiet, well-ventilated for its size, and it does a perfect job of staying out of the way.
